Frequently asked questions

Is delivery included in the prices?
No — delivery is a separate package from 600.000 IDR. It covers delivery, set-up, take-down, cleaning, for venues within about 20 minutes of our depot in Berawa. Further away, delivery is quoted with your address, and your quote comes back with it included.
Do I need to book staff?
For the inflatables, the cotton candy and the popcorn machine, our staff is 200.000 IDR for 2 staff, 2 hours. Dress code on request: your color, no visible branding. Without booked staff, children remain under the supervision of the adults on site. The activities package, the custom bars and every show come with their own hosts or performers.
How do I book?
Tell us the date, the place and the number of guests — a couple of lines on WhatsApp is enough. You receive one personalised quote, delivery included, usually the same day. Your date is confirmed once the 50% deposit is received and the order confirmed in writing. The balance is paid on the day; extras added on the day are paid on the spot.
What happens if it rains?
If rain or wind make it unsafe to install, we reschedule at no extra cost or give you a credit valid for 2 years.
Can I cancel or move my date?
The deposit is non-refundable, but it is turned into a credit valid for 2 years. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours ahead.
What do you need at the venue?
A flat, clear surface and a power source nearby. The water slide needs a grass lawn.
