1. Who these terms are with

These terms apply to every booking made with Happy Air Bali, 150 Unit 3, Jalan Pantai Berawa, Berawa, Canggu, Bali, Indonesia.

TO BE COMPLETED: registered company name and business registration number (NIB) of the contracting entity.

2. Quotes and bookings

Prices on this site are those of our 2026 catalogue. A booking exists once we have sent you a written quote for your date, location and requirements, and you have confirmed it.

Your date is confirmed once the 50% deposit is received and the order confirmed in writing. The balance is paid on the day. Extras added on the day are paid on the spot.

3. Delivery

Delivery is not included in the prices of the services. It is a package from 600.000 IDR covering delivery, set-up, take-down, cleaning, for venues within about 20 minutes of our depot. Further away, delivery is quoted with your address and appears on your quote.

4. Staff and supervision

For inflatables, cotton candy and popcorn, our staff can be booked at 200.000 IDR for 2 staff, 2 hours. Each service page states whether staff is included, optional, or not needed.

Without booked staff, children remain under the supervision of the adults on site.

5. At the venue

You provide a flat, clear surface and a power source nearby. The water slide needs a grass lawn.

6. Weather

If rain or wind make it unsafe to install, we reschedule at no extra cost or give you a credit valid for 2 years.

7. Cancellation and rescheduling

The deposit is non-refundable, but it is turned into a credit valid for 2 years. Rescheduling must be requested at least 48 hours ahead.

8. Our equipment

You look after the equipment until we collect it. Damage or loss is charged at full replacement cost.

9. Custom work

Cakes, decor, personalised gifts and themed items are made to the theme, colors and names you share when you book. Please check names and spellings carefully.

10. Liability and insurance

TO BE COMPLETED: public liability cover held, and the limit of our liability.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
