1. Who these terms are with

These terms apply to every booking made with Happy Air Bali, Jalan Raya Kerobokan No. 14, Kerobokan, Bali, Indonesia.

TO BE COMPLETED: registered company name and business registration number of the contracting entity.

2. Quotes and bookings

Prices shown on this site are indicative starting points. A booking exists only once we have sent you a written quote for your specific date, location and requirements and you have confirmed it. Quotes are valid for 14 days unless stated otherwise.

TO BE COMPLETED: deposit amount and when the balance falls due.

3. Delivery

Delivery is not included in the prices shown. It is quoted separately based on the address you give us, and appears as a line on your quote. Access matters: we need a path at least one metre wide to bring equipment through, and you must tell us in advance about stairs, narrow gates or restricted vehicle access.

4. Your responsibilities on the day

• Providing a suitable, level setup area and mains power where the service requires it.
• Supervising children at all times on any inflatable. This is a condition of hire, not a recommendation. We hand over a safety notice on delivery and go through it with you.
• Following the safety rules we give you: maximum number of users, age groups not to mix, and no shoes, glasses or hard objects on inflatables.
• Not moving, deflating or re-anchoring equipment yourself.

5. Weather

Inflatables must be shut down when wet, and taken down in strong wind. We monitor the forecast with you. Where we cancel an outdoor service for weather the day before or on the day, the booking is rescheduled to another date at no charge.

6. Cancellation by you

TO BE COMPLETED: notice periods and the proportion of the deposit retained at each stage.

7. Damage and loss

Normal wear is expected and is our cost. You are responsible for damage caused by misuse, by exceeding the stated limits, or by failure to supervise — including punctures, tears and staining. We will tell you the repair or replacement cost before invoicing it.

8. Liability and insurance

TO BE COMPLETED: public liability cover held, and the limit of our liability.

9. Photography

We sometimes photograph our setups for our own portfolio. If you would rather we did not photograph your event, or would rather no images of it were published, tell us before the day and we will not.

10. Custom work

Cakes, backdrops, personalised gifts and themed styling are made to order against the design we agree with you. Once production has started they cannot be cancelled or amended. Confirm names, spellings and dates carefully.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
