Who we are

This site is operated by Happy Air Bali, Jalan Raya Kerobokan No. 14, Kerobokan, Bali, Indonesia. For anything relating to your personal data, write to happyairbali@gmail.com.

TO BE COMPLETED: registered company name, business registration number (NIB) and tax number (NPWP) of the operating entity.

What we collect

We collect only what you send us yourself:

• Through the enquiry form: your name, email address, and — if you choose to fill them in — your phone number, event date, location, guest count, the services you ticked, and your message.
• Through WhatsApp or email: whatever you write to us, and the phone number or address you write from.

We do not use analytics cookies, and we do not build a profile of your browsing. Advertising measurement, if enabled, runs in Google Consent Mode with all storage denied — no advertising cookie is placed on your device.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and to prepare and deliver the services you ask about. That is the only purpose. We do not sell your details, we do not share them with third parties for their own purposes, and we do not add you to a marketing list without you asking.

Who processes it

Enquiries submitted through the form are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery provider, acting on our instructions. The site itself is hosted by our web host. Neither uses your data for their own purposes.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are kept for up to three years, so that we can recognise you if you come back. Records relating to an event we actually delivered are kept for as long as required for accounting purposes.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to happyairbali@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
