Kids sleepover setups in Bali

A row of tipis down a living room, each one made up with a mattress, bedding and cushions, lit with fairy lights and lanterns. It is the setup that turns a sleepover from children on a sofa into the night they talk about at school.

Do you design around a theme I choose?
That is the whole approach — nothing here is picked from a fixed catalogue. Send the theme, the colours and any reference images, and the backdrop, the balloons and the gifts are designed as one coherent piece rather than three separate purchases.
How do balloons hold up in the Bali heat?
Latex balloons in direct sun expand and pop, so we site the work in shade or build in the cooler part of the day. Indoors an installation comfortably lasts the event and often the day after.
How are the personalised gifts priced?
Per child, so the cost follows your guest list exactly. Personalisation needs lead time: confirm your list of names at least a week ahead.
What space does a sleepover need?
Roughly 1.5 m of floor space per child in one room, a power point for the lighting, and air conditioning or good airflow — a tipi gets warm on a Bali night. Tell us the room and the number of children and we will confirm it fits.
Who takes the sleepover down?
We do. We arrive in the afternoon to build it and come back the following day to clear everything, so you get the room back as you left it.
